-It is best if provider and consumer speak the same language
-Service Provider must know the service very well and must educate consumer
-Help desk without proper education and deep information may be useless to the business if it is not solving consumers problems
-The attitude of all in the business should be to ‘serve’ the customer not to ‘help’ him
